The Greenacres golf course was designed and built by the late Mr Charlie Emerson in 1969, at West Plains. The 18 hole parkland course set on relatively flat land, only 10 minutes drive from the Invercargill city centre, offers arguably the best golfing facilities in Southland.
The course itself is a pleasure to play, with firm fairways all year round, a few well placed water hazards and well manicured greens.Visitors are welcome to play a casual round of golf or join in our club competition.
